Lake Louise Trail Map
In Maine, our mountains are just as important to us as our iconic coast. Our winter agenda is weekends on the mountain and weekdays thinking about being back on the mountain. We wanted to do something special for our ski trail maps that would convey that excitement.
So, we created our trail maps in an intricate, illustrative style. Detailed forests, lift lines, trails, mountain ridges, and main lodges tell the tale of your favorite mountain resorts in a way that will have you dreaming up your next run.
We hand paint each birch wall art panel in black, then we engrave the art into the panel, revealing the beautiful wood grain for snow and sky while leaving the pristine painted surface to create the contrast of the mountains' details.
Our Laser Engraved Ski Trail maps highlight your favorite winter playgrounds. They make perfect gifts for anniversaries, weddings, housewarmings, and more. Every panel includes a set of three small waypoints, cut from solid walnut: a house, a heart, and a classic waypoint symbol. Should you want to highlight a specific place of interest on the panel, simply dab a bit of glue (not included) on the waypoint of your choosing and affix it to the desired location.

Did you know?
Lake Louise is a hamlet in Banff National Park in the Canadian Rockies, known for its turquoise, glacier-fed lake ringed by high peaks and overlooked by a stately chateau. Hiking trails wind up to the Lake Agnes Tea House for bird's-eye views. A variety of hiking trails exist around the lake. Hiking trails include trips to Saddleback Pass, Fairview Mountain 9,003 ft, Mirror Lake, Lake Agnes, Big Beehive, Little Beehive, Devils Thumb, Mount Whyte, and Mount Niblock. Some of these trails are open to mountain biking and horseback riding, and the surrounding mountain faces offer opportunities for rock climbing. Kayaking and canoeing are popular activities during summer, and a boat launch and rental facility are maintained on the north-eastern shore. The winter activites are alpine and Cross-country skiing, as well as heli-skiing and snowboarding. The lake can be used for ice fishing and ice skating in winter, while the surrounding area offers settings for snowmobiling, dog sledding, snowshoeing and ice climbing.

"We're all spending more time at home, so those same old eggshell white walls can get a little boring. Share the hometown pride - and amp up your Zoom background - with a wood city map or felt-backed city banner (or coastal chart or ski trail map) made in-house by Benoit's Design Co., a family business. They make city maps for 200 plus locales (Boston included) and more than 150 different coastal charts (Barnstable, Buzzards Bay, Block Island, and Boston among them)." - Diane Bair & Pamela Wright, The Boston Globe
